Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Sequo at https://sequo.app. By using Sequo you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Sequo.
Sequo is operated by Artem Horobchenko, Warsaw, Poland.

1. What Sequo is, and what it is not
You describe a software project. Sequo asks you a few questions, then produces a build plan, a set of project documents, and one prompt per step written for the AI coding agent you selected.
Sequo does not write your code, run it, host it, or test it. You paste the prompts into your own coding agent, such as Claude Code or Codex, under your own account with that provider. What that agent does to your codebase is between you and them.
Sequo produces planning artifacts. Acting on them is your decision.
2. Accounts
You can start using Sequo without an account. To continue past the early steps and to keep your work, you need one.
You must be at least 18. Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company to these terms.
3. Plans and payment
Sequo has a free tier and one or more paid plans. What each plan includes, and what it costs, appears on our pricing page.
Polar acts as our seller of record. When you subscribe you buy from Polar, which handles the payment, charges you, and issues the invoice. Polar's own terms apply to that transaction. We never receive your card details.
Paid plans renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel. Cancel any time through the subscription management Polar provides. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not charge you again after that.
We may change prices. If we do, we tell you by email before the change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Sequo delivers digital content immediately. When you subscribe, you ask us to start straight away and you acknowledge that doing so ends your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, as permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU. Nothing here limits your statutory rights where they cannot be waived.
4. Your content stays yours
Everything you type into Sequo, and everything Sequo generates from it, belongs to you. We claim no ownership.
To run the service we need a narrow permission from you: to store your content, to send it to the AI provider that generates your plan and documents, and to display it back to you. That permission exists only to operate Sequo for you. It ends when you delete the content or your account.
We will not publish your project, show it to other users, or use it in marketing. Your projects are private to you.
We do not use your content to train AI models. Our AI provider processes your text to generate your output. Its own terms govern what it does with data it receives, and you can find that provider named in our Privacy Policy.
5. What Sequo generates, and its limits
Generated plans, documents, and prompts come from an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your project. Technology recommendations are suggestions, not professional advice.
Read what Sequo produces before you act on it. Review what your coding agent does before you ship it. You remain responsible for your own code, your own architecture decisions, and your own product.
6. Acceptable use
Do not:
- break any law that applies to you
- submit content that infringes someone else's rights
- paste other people's personal data, credentials, or secrets into Sequo
- try to extract our prompts, break our access controls, or reach another user's projects
- automate access in order to exhaust our AI costs, or work around our rate limits
- resell Sequo's output as your own planning service
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
7. Availability
Sequo is a small product built by one person. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you are paying for, we refund the unused part of your period.
8. Third-party services
Sequo depends on external providers for hosting, database, email, bot protection, AI generation, and payments. They are named in our Privacy Policy. Their terms govern their services, and we are not responsible for what they do.
Your coding agent is your own arrangement with its provider, not part of Sequo.
9. Liability
Sequo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties about the service being uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for anything else the law does not let us exclude. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are not affected by this section.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Sequo or delete your account at any time. Write to us to have your data deleted.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. Where the law requires notice, we give it.
Sections 4, 5, 9, and 11 survive the end of this agreement.
11. Law and disputes
Polish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
Disputes go to the courts of Poland. Consumers may also sue in their own country of residence.
The European Commission runs an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We post the new version here and update the date. For changes that matter, we email account holders. If you keep using Sequo after a change takes effect, you accept it.
13. Everything else
If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right once does not waive it. You may not transfer these terms to someone else without our written consent; we may transfer them if the business changes hands.
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Sequo.
